Project Overview:
Developed while working at Kazi Studios, this mobile app was created for the Dipankha Walkathon 2013 in Nepal. The app helped participants navigate the event route, locate friends, and stay updated with news, enhancing the overall walkathon experience.

Key Features & Contributions:

Offline Route Map: Detailed walkathon path with key destinations, including medical stations, security posts, water points, and restrooms.
Offline Kathmandu Map: Accessible map of almost the entire city for seamless navigation.
Destination Listing: Quick access to important spots along the route.
News & Updates: Event announcements and updates delivered in real time.
Location Sharing: Enabled participants to view friends’ locations on the map for coordination.

Impact:
The app improved participant experience by providing offline navigation, real-time updates, and social coordination, ensuring safety and engagement during the event.
