The Co-Founders & Visionaries
The scale and success of Pokhara Enduro are driven by the combined expertise of its three Co-Founders:
- Sunil Chandra Sharma (Race Director): The visionary orchestrator responsible for the competitive architecture, trail oversight, and the high-octane race execution that satisfies both local talents and international pros.
- Chhimi Urkyen Gurung (Overall Coordinator): Widely recognised as the pioneer of mountain biking in Nepal, Chhimi brings decades of unparalleled industry insight, local authority, and logistical coordination to the forefront of the event.
- Shailesh Man Joshi aka Smjrifle (Technical Lead & Administration): Alongside executive logistical and administrative duties, Shailesh architected the complete digital hybrid-platform capable of handling international scale, strict data management, and operational security.

To manage thousands of riders, volunteers, and multi-day race logistics efficiently, the platform was engineered as an advanced hybrid system. Integrating a cutting-edge Laravel backend natively communicating with a robust WordPress frontend, it handles everything from real-time event registration and international ticketing to live rider timing results.
